WallMuse

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Profitable Business Systems, LLC collects, uses, shares, stores, and deletes data for the WallMuse mobile app and related backend services.

Effective date: July 2, 2026

Developer and Contact

WallMuse is provided by Profitable Business Systems, LLC. For privacy questions, account deletion requests, or data requests, contact us at support@wallmuse.pbsemr.com.

Data We Collect

WallMuse collects and processes the following data when you use the app:

  • Account and authentication data: Firebase user ID, email address, phone number, Google sign-in profile identifiers, authentication provider information, and login status.
  • Phone verification data: phone number and verification status used to protect accounts and reduce abuse. WallMuse does not read your SMS messages.
  • Generated content: prompts you type, saved mood prompts, generated wallpaper images, image metadata, gallery records, and wallpaper settings such as fit, stretch, fill, cadence, and schedule preferences.
  • Token and usage data: token balance, token transactions, generation history, moderation results, OpenAI request identifiers, model names, request timestamps, and detailed usage/cost accounting for each generation request.
  • Purchase entitlement data: if token purchases or subscriptions are enabled, Google Play purchase identifiers, product identifiers, entitlement status, renewal status, and related transaction metadata. WallMuse does not receive full payment card numbers.
  • Device and app integrity data: app package name, app version, device integrity verdicts, Play Integrity/App Check style tokens, IP-derived request context, logs, and technical diagnostics used to protect the service from tampering, fraud, and automated abuse.

WallMuse does not intentionally collect contacts, precise location, calendar data, microphone audio, camera images, SMS contents, call logs, health data, or advertising identifiers for third-party advertising.

How We Use Data

  • To create, authenticate, and secure your WallMuse account.
  • To verify phone numbers and reduce fake accounts, spam, and token abuse.
  • To generate wallpapers from your prompts, store your generated gallery, and sync your images across your devices.
  • To enforce safety policies, including prompt moderation before image generation.
  • To manage token balances, purchases, subscriptions, credits, refunds, and account deletion rules.
  • To monitor cost, diagnose errors, prevent fraud, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.
  • To respond to support, privacy, and account deletion requests.

How We Share Data

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We share data only as needed to operate WallMuse, protect the service, or comply with law:

  • Firebase and Google services: for authentication, Google sign-in, phone verification, app integrity checks, and Google Play purchase handling.
  • OpenAI: prompts and related request data are sent to OpenAI for moderation and image generation. Generated images and technical request identifiers may be processed as part of that service.
  • Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, storage, logging, email, and monitoring providers that help us operate the app and backend.
  • Legal and safety purposes: when required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, security investigations, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, WallMuse, Profitable Business Systems, LLC, or others.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user data. WallMuse backend APIs require authenticated requests for app data, transmit data over HTTPS, restrict access to user-owned records, and use app/device integrity checks to help detect tampered clients. No method of transmission or storage is perfect, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account data, generated images, prompts, settings, token ledgers, and usage records while your account is active or as needed to provide WallMuse. You can delete individual gallery items in the app. You can delete your account from the app settings or request deletion by emailing support@wallmuse.pbsemr.com.

When an account is deleted, WallMuse deletes generated images and account-associated app data that is no longer needed to provide the service. We may retain limited records when necessary for security, fraud prevention, token abuse prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement of our policies. For example, limited email, phone, token, purchase, usage, and anti-abuse records may be retained so deleted or duplicate accounts cannot repeatedly receive new-user token grants.

Your Choices

  • You can sign out of WallMuse from the app settings.
  • You can delete generated wallpapers from your gallery.
  • You can delete your account from the app settings, follow the delete account instructions, or contact us at support@wallmuse.pbsemr.com.
  • You can choose not to provide a prompt, email, phone number, or Google sign-in. Some WallMuse features may not work without the data needed for authentication, abuse prevention, or wallpaper generation.

Children

WallMuse is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data to WallMuse, contact us at support@wallmuse.pbsemr.com.

International Processing

WallMuse and its service providers may process and store data in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. By using WallMuse, you understand that your data may be processed outside your state, province, or country.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as WallMuse changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice when required by law or app store policy.
